The Kumari Project is committed to finding future opportunities for the Kumari kids to become self-sufficient and successful. In order to do that, we have a rotating program where different Nepali professionals speak to our children about a variety of professions - everything from being a pilot to being a trekking guide to being a thangka painter to working to protect red pandas in Nepal.
On of our eldest children, Pramila, has graduated from high school and is studying Art. She is currently interning with a contemporary Nepali art gallery called Gallery of the Creatives to learn about how to run a successful gallery and how to merge art and commerce as she continues to forge her path in the art field in Nepal.
